By 5/31/10, Mail form along with $5 registration fee and a copy of birth records to: CMNH LIONS-FISH FRY BABY CONTEST, 3327 California St., Costa Mesa, CA 92626 If you miss the deadline, fax by 6/4/10 and bring fee & proof of date of birth to the judging. 

Registration is limited to 30 babies in each group ( REGISTER EARLY) and will remain open until each group has 30 babies. Parents will be notified when their child is added to the Contestant List by phone or email if registered by 5/31/10. 

• On Sunday, June 6th, bring your baby to the Downtown Community Center at Lions Park, Costa Mesa. Arrive by 12:45 pm, judging begins promptly at 1:00 pm.
• Judging is held inside the Community Center. At check-in you will be given an entry number to put on your left shoulder. There will be two circles of chairs, one for each group. Find the seat with your number.
• Judges are impartial and are given the numbers of each contestant, but not their names. Please remember judging babies is not easy. All babies are adorable! 
• Judging is based on personality, beauty and overall appearance.
• Judging begins as soon as you enter the circle with your baby.
• Judging should be completed by 1:30 pm, and you will be told when judging for your group concludes. Please remain in your circle until judging for both groups has finished. 

• At 1:30, judging concludes. Parents, babies and spectators will be asked to be at the outside stage area for Awards Presentation. Please take strollers and personal items with you. 
• At 2:00 pm, Group 1 will be introduced individually. As soon as your baby is introduced, proceed slowly across the stage and down the opposite steps. Babies may walk or be carried across stage, but parent must have a hand on them at all times. Group 2 will follow the same procedure. All babies will receive a participation award.
• Remain in the stage area. After the introductions, the emcee will call up 6 contestants from Group 1. Please come to the stage quickly if your number is called. Honorable Mentions awards will be followed by 3rd, 2nd and 1st place awards. Group 2 will follow the same procedure.
